Sauter Rinehart, 38, passed away at Frederick Health Hospital in Frederick, MD. Born on August 26, 1985, in Baltimore, she was the cherished wife of Kevin Rinehart and the daughter of C. Douglas Sauter and Valerie A. Stahler.

A graduate of Florida State University, she excelled in her professional endeavors, serving as an Associate Principal Analyst at FINRA.
