CVS Millville NJ Car Accident, Death Cause – A woman died after she was struck by a car in Cumberland County on Friday morning. She was walking in the eastbound lane of travel in the 1100 block of East Broad Street in Millville just prior to being hit around 6:45 a.m., a witness not involved in the crash told Millville police. The driver of the car, a 26-year-old Millville man, told investigators he was heading to work when the pedestrian “suddenly appeared in front of his vehicle and he could not avoid hitting her,” police said in a press release.

The victim, later identified by family as Tynicha Blake, 26, of Millville, was treated at the scene before Millville EMS took her to Inspira Medical Center Vineland, where she was pronounced dead, police said. The driver of the car was issued a summons for being an unlicensed motorist.

CVS Millville NJ Car Accident Details

Authorities in Monroe Township, Gloucester County, say a truck driver was killed in a multi-vehicle accident Thursday afternoon. The crash happened at around 12:30 on Malaga Road near Morgan Road. According to police, an investigation determined that 30-year-old Lashaya Goldsmith of Camden was traveling westbound on Malaga Road when she drifted into the eastbound lane, hitting a Mack truck being driven by 62-year-old Richard Lupton of Newport. After the impact, the truck crossed into the opposing lane and hit a westbound car driven by 27-year-old Anastasia Keermann of Millville. From there, the truck then entered a yard and struck a tree.

How Many Died?

Goldsmith was airlifted to Cooper Hospital in Camden for treatment of a serious lower-body injury. Keermann was taken to Jefferson Hospital in Washington Township for evaluation. A 30-year-old man from Upper Deerfield Township in Cumberland County lost his life earlier this month when he was involved in a head-on collision with another vehicle in Millville.

The part that really hits home is that nothing has yet been figured out by authorities, which means the family doesn’t have answers quite yet. You can’t help but feel for anyone dealing with a significant loss like this, but can’t even begin the healing process since there are so many question marks surrounding the situation itself.

The incident took place a few days before Easter, on April 2nd, so the family’s been dealing with this for almost two weeks now. The agony and pain that’s being endured by all involved at the present is truly heartbreaking when you stop and try to put yourself into their shoes.
