His death was verified by his family via a post that reads, “With a heavy heart and great sadness, Mom and Dad bid you farewell my son Feiloaki Helaman James Mateni, thank you for allowing Mom and Dad to be your earthly parents in this life, it is a great pleasure being your father.” His death was confirmed by his family.
