She received scholarships from the prestigious Queens University in Kingston, Ontario, and was able to complete her Master of Public Administration degree in 1993, earning a distinction on the Honours List throughout her studies. Over the course of the subsequent four years, she achieved achievement, culminating in her position as Director of Utilisation on the Board of the Saskatoon Health District.
Rick and she tied the knot on February 14, 1997, eleven years after their first date together. This was done to ensure that he would not forget the date or Valentine’s Day. Between the years 1998 and 2001, Kelly attended the University of Calgary for her legal education. During her final year of school, she was the captain of the Jessup Debating Team.
