Patty Combs Obituary, Death – Patricia Combs, who had lived a full and happy life for 96 years, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2020. She had led a full and prosperous life. When she passed away, she had already lived her life to the maximum extent possible. She died away without any painful experiences, calmly, at home, surrounded by the people she loved the most. Jack K. Dayton and Patty Dayton had a wonderful marriage that lasted for 59 years. A wonderful marriage.

In addition to having two amazing children, J. Kent Dayton, who is married to Terry Brotzge, and John B. Dayton, who is married to Barbara Brown, they also had a wonderful marriage. Both of their children are married to other people. Jennifer, Chris, Morgan, and Maura were the names of their grandchildren. Along with that, they have four grandchildren. Before moving to Big Spring Country Club, Patty, who is passionate about golf, was a member of the Louisville Boat Club for a number of years.

Prior to that, they moved to Big Spring Country Club. The urge to play golf, on the other hand, was what ultimately led them to make the move. In addition to being a member of the Falls City Women’s Golf League, she was also a member of the Crescent Hill Women’s Club, which was another organization that she was a part of. Her decision to leave the Louisville Boat Club, on the other hand, was made in the end.

She always had a constantly positive attitude on life, and if she was asked whether or not she desired to participate in an activity that would offer her pleasure, her reaction was always that she desired to do so. She was always sure that she wanted to do something that would bring her pleasure. During the 25th of July, 2014, while she was physically present at her residency.Fred J. Hayn and Mary Pearl Knapp Hayn were her parents, and she was born on November 25, 1941 in the rural territory of Pike County, Illinois.

Her parents were named Mary Pearl Knapp Hayn. It was Fred J. Hayn who was her father’s daughter. On March 7, 1958, she and Martin L. Oz Combs Jr. became husband and wife by exchanging their vows and becoming married. The ceremony took place at the parsonage of the First Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida. Currently, he is still alive and in good health. She is also survived by three children, Nathan Jon Combs of Jacksonville, FL, Lisa Renee Bennett (husband, James) of Salem, OR, and Marilena Clark (husband, Michael) of Mt. Sterling.

Eight grandchildren; several great grandchildren; three sisters, Marie Grinkey (husband, Gerald) of Wisconsin, Carolyn Jean Taylor of Jacksonville, and Mary Ellen Weinant of Lynnville; and several nieces and nephews. Her parents and a son named Mark Anthony Combs, who was only a little child at the time of his passing, were the two individuals who had passed away prior to her own passing. Patricia went on to become a licensed nursing assistant at Modern Care Nursing Home after she graduated from Jacksonville High School, where she had completed her high school education.

Her most treasured activities included traveling, crocheting, basket weaving, needlework, and reading. She also enjoyed crocheting. Her other passion was going on frequent trips. On Thursday, July 31, 2014, the family will host a gathering for visitors that will begin at five o’clock and continue until seven o’clock in the evening. The gathering will begin at five o’clock. Buchanan & Cody Funeral Home, which is located in Jacksonville, is going to be the location of the scheduled event.
