Wayne Bishop Obituary, Death – On numerous occasions, John was observed smiling, laughing, and roaring like a dinosaur. He was a child who was bright and passionate. John was a caring, courageous, inquisitive, and bright member of society.
He had a vivacious attitude that could make a room brighter and leave everyone laughing till they finished laughing. When John put on his cowboy boots, he transformed into a persona that was daring and courageous, and his family will remember him for the rest of their lives. Dinosaurs, trucks, donuts, bubbles, slides, and dirt mounds were some of John’s favorite things.
He took great pleasure in assisting other people and playing with all of his pals when he was in school. He had a deep affection for his mother and father, and he delighted in exchanging tales with his family and friends while sitting around the campfire.
In addition to his interest for riding tractors and playing with bugs, he had a genuine and compassionate affection for all kinds of animals. His love and affection, which was not conditional, warmed the hearts of anybody who had the good fortune to be in his presence.
He is survived by his parents, Thomas Wayne Bishop and Bianca Marie Bishop; his maternal grandparents, John Francis Castagnola and Marguerite Janet Castagnola; his paternal grandparents, Shirley Mae Thomas and Richard Stanley Thomas III; and his paternal great grandparents, Karen Katherine Utter, George Melvin Bishop, and Brenda Sue Bishop.
He was born in the United States of America. Last but not least, his greatest companion and one of his most cherished dogs, Coby, misses him terribly.
On Sunday, October 29, 2023, the family will be present at Johnson Funeral Home in Locust Grove to greet visitors from five to seven o’clock in the evening. A Rosary service will commence at six thirty o’clock in the evening.
St. Patrick Catholic Church in Spotsylvania will be the location of the Funeral Mass that will be celebrated on Monday, October 30, 2023 at 11 a.m., and the interment will take place at Laurel Hill Memorial Park in Spotsylvania after the Mass. Visitors are encouraged to wear any color of their choosing to the Visitation and Funeral Mass, as the family encourages them to do so.
John was a fan of vibrant colors, especially yellow and blue, and those who attended could show their respect for him by donning one of those respective hues.Immediately after the conclusion of the interment, there will be a reception hosted at the Lake of the Woods Clubhouse in Locust Grove.
No one is excluded from attending. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial contributions be made in John’s honor to the Fredericksburg SPCA, which is the organization that was responsible for the adoption of his two furry closest friends, Coby and Sophie.
