Joshua Billings, also known as Josh, a tattoo artist from Kenosha, Wisconsin, has passed away. Josh was known to anybody who knew him. The 21st of March, 2024 was the day he passed away. It was approximately 02:05 hours when deputies from the Racine County Sheriff’s Office got a dispatch to the area of CTH J, which was situated in the Village of Rochester, just to the east of STH 36. In response to a report that an individual was found injured by the side of the road, this was brought to the attention of the authorities. When the deputies arrived, they discovered Joshua J. Billings suffering from severe injuries that were consistent with the fact that an accident involving a vehicle had taken place.
A charge has been brought against Sarah M. McAuliffe.
Unfortunately, Billings did not survive his injuries and passed away after being carried to the hospital. Despite the rapid efforts of the deputies and rescue specialists who were attempting to save him, Billings did not survive these injuries. After that, investigators from the Racine County Sheriff’s Office made contact with Sarah M. Mcauliffe, who was previously identified as Billings’ girlfriend, at her apartment several hours later. May 16th, 1987 was the day when Mcauliffe was born. McAuliffe was the one who disclosed the information that Billings had leaped from the moving vehicle while she was behind the wheel.
On the other hand, she did not contact the authorities and instead went back to her own residence. In addition, Mcauliffe stated that he was operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the incident.
