Death of Todd Mitchell Brady: On March 19, 2024, Todd Mitchell Brady, 61, a resident of Larose, Louisiana, and a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away. Todd enjoyed several things in his lifetime. He loved to fish and play golf, but his main interest was bow hunting.
He was an avid fan of several sports and often oversaw the preparation of enormous jambalayas at tailgates. Todd’s family came first in his priorities. He enjoyed taking his family on cross-country motorhome trips.
He loved his wife Janie and his three daughters, Aishia, Ali, and Sarah. Over the course of their marriage, Todd and Janie showed their daughters what a truly committed marriage looks like.
Todd also thrived in his role as a father. Todd would go above and above for his daughters, even if it meant seeing them play sports or sitting in the first row at the theatre. He was quite pleased with them. Those who knew and loved him will always remember him.
Todd was predeceased by his mother Kate Brady, brother Troy Patrick Brady, daughter Ashley Brady, and grandparents Volcar “Roue” Cheramie, Jeanne’ Gisclair Cheramie, John Ansel Brady, Sr., and Irene Landry Brady. He is survived by his father Pat Brady, brothers Toby Brady (wife Stacy Brady) and Trent Brady, daughters Aishia Brady Miller (husband Zachary Miller), Alexandra “Ali” Brady, and Sarah Brady, as well as a number of cherished lifelong friends and nieces. For the past 27 years, his wife Janie Cantrelle Brady has been his faithful companion.
Visitation will take place at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Larose, Louisiana on Saturday, March 23, 2024, from 9:00 AM until 11:30 AM. Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Cemetery will be the site of the interment ceremony after the funeral service, which begins at 11:30 AM.
