Kenneth W. “Ken” Snyder Obituary, Death – Kenneth W. “Ken” Snyder, 58 years old, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2024, at the Country Club Retirement Campus in Dover, following a brief illness. He was a resident of New Philadelphia.
His birth took place in Dover on the 14th of August, 1965. Before he was born, both of his parents, Bill Snyder and Gladys (Kirkman) Snyder, had already passed away.
After finishing his high school education at Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School, Ken was able to secure a position with Inca Engineered Wood Products, which has its headquarters in Dover. Not only was Ken a makeup artist for special effects, but he was also a collector of oddities.
He was the proprietor of his own business, which was known as Ken’s Kryptic Creations. There were two activities that he enjoyed doing in his spare time when he was in a better state of health. These were mountain biking and hiking.
Ken is survived by his son, Allek Snyder, who lives in New Philadelphia; his brother, David Snyder, who is married to Judy and lives in Dundee; his nieces and nephews, Christi, Marissa, Rachelle, and Billy; and his ex-wife, Anita Gal, who lives in New Philadelphia. Allek Snyder is the only member of Ken’s family who has survived his passing.
