Charles Webb Death – The Tullahoma community mourns the loss of a beloved figure, Dr. Charles Harry Webb, Jr., who passed away on Friday, April 5th, 2024, at the age of 99.
Dr. Webb’s life was a testament to service, dedication, and unwavering commitment to his community and country.
Born in Ripley, Tennessee, to the late Charles H. Webb, Sr. and Mary Jones Webb, Dr. Webb’s journey of service began with his proud service in the United States Air Force.
After his military tenure, he continued his service by dedicating himself to the field of medicine, working tirelessly as a General Practice Physician in Tullahoma for many years.
His compassionate care and dedication to improving the lives of his patients earned him the admiration and respect of all who knew him.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dr. Webb was an active member of First Methodist Church in Tullahoma, where his faith guided and inspired him throughout his life.
He was a loving husband to his late wife, Myrtle Ruth Evans Webb, and a devoted father to his three children, Charles H. “Chuck” Webb, III, Linda Arlene Webb Thoma, and Gary Warren Webb.
Dr. Webb’s legacy of service and dedication lives on through his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who continue to embody his values of compassion, integrity, and love.
