Gilberto Gutierrez Obituary – The individual who was fatally shot outside a bar in northwest Fresno has been identified as Gilberto Gutierrez, a 38-year-old man.
Law enforcement responded to Ewell’s Place at the intersection of Shaw and Marks Avenues shortly before 2 am on Sunday.
According to officials, Gutierrez was engaged in a dispute that escalated into gunfire. He was discovered with at least one gunshot wound in the bar’s parking lot.
After being transported to Community Regional Medical Center, Gutierrez succumbed to his injuries.
The perpetrator reportedly fled the scene promptly, and no details regarding the suspect have been disclosed.
