36-year-old Joshua Blaine Arquette wanted after shooting inside Carolina Container in Archdale
Archdale police have named the individual they allege discharged a firearm inside Carolina Container on Cheyenne Drive on Tuesday morning.
The identified individual is Joshua Blaine Arquette, aged 36, and authorities have classified him as armed and dangerous.
The incident occurred at approximately 9:07 a.m. Police reported that the individual fired several shots before fleeing in a white truck.
Descriptions provided indicate that the individual was dressed in a dark-colored shirt and tan shorts. As of Tuesday afternoon, investigators were still in the process of examining the scene.
Randolph County deputies located the suspect’s pickup truck on Thompson Heath Road shortly after the incident; however, authorities stated that the suspect remains at large.

- Randleman High
Wheatmore Middle School underwent lockdown measures on two separate occasions today. These precautions were enacted in response to safety apprehensions within the community, as confirmed by the district.
