Elizabeth A Hackett Obituary, Death; – On Saturday night, a tragic incident occurred where a deer was struck by a side-by-side utility task vehicle, resulting in the unfortunate death of a 58-year-old woman.
The Iowa State Police reported that the UTV, carrying four individuals, veered into a ditch and subsequently rolled multiple times after colliding with the deer.
As a result of the accident, three individuals sustained injuries and were promptly transported to the University of Iowa Hospital for medical attention.
The severity of their injuries has not been disclosed by the authorities at this time. Regrettably, Elizabeth A. Hackett, a resident of Muscatine, lost her life as a result of the crash. The investigation into this incident is currently ongoing.
