Jeffrey Emerson Death – Jeffrey Emerson, a 56-year-old man from Oswego, tragically passed away on Monday due to a self-inflicted gunshot wound following a police chase that concluded near Wilmington, according to the Will County Coroner’s Office.
The authorities have confirmed Emerson’s involvement in a shooting incident in Aurora earlier that morning, which resulted in severe injuries to a 43-year-old woman.
The pursuit was initiated in Grundy County and concluded on Cottage Road in the 21000 block, where Emerson’s life was claimed by a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
