Sleepy Brown Obituary – A fatal shooting in Southwest Miami-Dade is currently being investigated this Thursday afternoon. Authorities were searching for evidence following the fatal shooting of a man during daylight hours.
According to Miami-Dade police, the victim was attacked while washing his car around 2 p.m. near an apartment complex at SW 216th Street and 113th Avenue by an individual in a moving vehicle.
The victim, later identified as Sleepy Brown, was pronounced dead at the scene. MDPD arrived at the location after receiving a Shot Spotter alert.
