Brandon Quinn Rasberry Obituary, 7 years old child killed a grown up man for no reasons
Brandon Quinn Rasberry Obituary – The father of a grown man who was brutally murdered in his bed by a seven-year-old boy without any apparent reason has come forward to reveal that they have chosen to forgive the child.
According to the Gonzales County Sheriff’s Office, Brandon O’Quinn Rasberry, 32, was discovered dead in his RV in Texas on January 18, 2022. He had suffered a single gunshot wound to the head and had minor graze wounds on his hands.
Investigators determined that Rasberry, who had only been living at the RV park for four days, had been deceased for two days before his absence was reported by his employer. After two years of perplexing the detectives, the case took a shocking turn when a 10-year-old boy confessed to cold-bloodedly shooting Rasberry while he slept. The child provided crucial details in his confession that were previously unknown to the public.
The investigation into Rasberry’s murder had been fruitless until the recent confession of the 10-year-old from Texas. Detectives had thoroughly examined Rasberry’s cell phone for any leads and interviewed neighbors in an attempt to understand the motive behind the execution-style killing.
The revelation of the horrific crime occurred when a local principal reported the child’s disturbing confession and his threats to harm and potentially kill another student. Upon receiving this information, the Gonzales County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division was contacted. Based on the details shared by the child with the school, investigators concluded that the child might possess knowledge about Brandon’s murder, as stated by the department via the New York Post.
The police have not disclosed the identity of the boy, who was only seven years old at the time of the murder. However, they have confirmed that he provided intricate descriptions of the killing that were not publicly known. According to the child’s account, he had been visiting his grandfather, who resided in the same RV park as Rasberry. On the night of the murder, he took a “dirt and army green” 9mm pistol from his grandfather’s truck and stealthily entered Rasberry’s RV.
