It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jagger Peyton Cotte on April 20, 2024. Known affectionately as Jaggy Boo Boo, he was a beacon of joy and light in the lives of all who knew him. Born on September 14, 2010, Jagger’s time with us was a gift that we will forever cherish, though far too brief.
Surrounded by his loving family, Jagger’s battle with illness came to a peaceful end. He leaves behind heartbroken parents, a sister, Jovi (affectionately known as Jojo), and his devoted canine companion, Marley. Each of us feels the emptiness left by his departure but finds comfort in knowing that his suffering has ceased.
Jagger’s zest for life, infectious smile, and boundless curiosity brightened every day. His love for exploring the outdoors, playing with Marley, and spending time with his family defined his joyful spirit. We love him ‘to the moon and back and back again’—a journey without end and a testament to the depth of our affection.
As we navigate this immense loss, we hold onto the cherished memories and the love he gave us. Jagger’s legacy will continue to inspire us, and his light will forever guide our paths.
A private memorial to celebrate Jagger’s life will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity that was close to Jagger’s heart. Details can be found on our family’s website.
