Highway 94 Near Old Campo Road [Spring Valley, CA] Resulted In The Hit-And-Run Pedestrian Accident That Killed A 65 Year Old Man
In a hit-and-run pedestrian collision on Highway 94 close to Old Campo Road, a 65-year-old man lost his life.
Around 10:53 p.m. on Monday, the California Highway Patrol reports that a tragic hit-and-run occurred. A 48-year-old Lemon Grove resident struck a man who was heading south in the eastbound lane under mysterious circumstances.
The 48-year-old Lemon Grove resident then fled the scene of the collision without assisting the victim.
Police and paramedics arrived at the scene shortly after to evaluate the collision and examine the victim. But shortly after, the pedestrian passed away. His name has not been released by officials yet.
