Julian Andrade Shooting; 16 Years Old Coalinga Boy, Julian Andrade Shot Dead While Playing Video Games Inside His Home
Tuesday night, 16-year-old Julian Andrade of Coalinga was shot and died inside his house as he was playing computer games.
Deputies were dispatched to Louisiana Street, close to Highway 33 and Highway 198, at approximately 9:00 p.m. on reports of a shooting victim, according to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Department.
In a residential area behind a grocery store, witnesses reported hearing gunshots to Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies.
When the victim was hit, according to his sister Claudia Barquero, her brother was in his room playing video games.
Julian was instantaneously killed when a bullet entered the bedroom and struck him in the head.
“I wish I could just wake up from this nightmare and be able to hold him or hug him again, but I can’t,” Claudia remarked.
