Kristlynne Robertson Obituary, Man killed Wife, has been Jailed
Kristlynne Robertson Obituary – A man jailed in the fatal shooting of his wife last week in Fort Worth allegedly called 911 and admitted to the slaying, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.
Christopher Robertson, 33, was booked into the Tarrant County jail Sunday on a murder charge in the death of a woman the affidavit identified as his wife, 34-year-old Kristlynne Robertson.
It was unclear whether he had an attorney. Shortly before 9:30 p.m. Friday, the affidavit said one of Christopher’s relatives found him “extremely intoxicated” inside his home in the 5500 block of Whitman Avenue, where a “strong, foul” odor was coming from one of the bedrooms.
The relative said Christopher tripped over something in the bedroom and when the relative looked inside, he saw Kristlynne’s body wrapped in a blue tarp, the affidavit said. An office chair that had fallen over was covering her head. Investigators later determined Kristlynne had been shot on the left side of her face, below her eye, and had bullet fragments in her head, the affidavit said.
The relative got Christopher out of the house and called 911, according to the affidavit. Upon arrival, a responding officer said he tried to talk to Christopher, the affidavit said, but noted he was “too intoxicated to understand what I was saying or provide a meaningful response.”
