Marc-Leon Telean Obituary, – The man killed in a shooting on April 15 was identified Monday. The victim was identified as 30-year-old Marc-Leon Telean who recently moved to Portland from Haiti.
According to the Portland Police Bureau, while the investigation remains active detectives believe the shooting was random and Telean did not know the shooters.
