Resident Of Circleville, Michael G. Dille Passes Away In A Fatal Car Accident
A Circleville person lost their life in a horrific single-vehicle rollover accident on April 20, 2024. Around 8:57 a.m., the Pickaway County Communications Center got an emergency call reporting the event close to the intersection of Kingston Pike and Route 361.
When Sheriff’s Office deputies arrived on the scene, they found a 2005 white Chevrolet upside down. The 69-year-old driver, known only as Michael G. Dille, had been flung from the car.
Following an inquiry, it was discovered that Dille had been driving south on Kingston Pike when he made the error of failing to turn right at the curve that led to Route 361.
His car went off the south side of Kingston Pike as a result, and it eventually flipped over and stopped on all four wheels in the grassy area between State Route 361 and Kingston Pike.
Dille was taken by Med-Flight to Adena Regional Medical Center right away. Sadly, he passed away at the hospital from his injuries from the collision, even with the help of medical professionals. The circumstances surrounding the collision are still being looked into by the investigation.
