Ricky Elliot Obituary, – The man who was fatally shot on Day Place in Rochester has been identified by the police. Ricky Elliot, a 35-year-old resident of Rochester, was involved in a street altercation that led to his tragic death.
The police received a report of gunfire at approximately 2:15 am on Sunday and upon reaching the scene, they found Elliot with multiple gunshot wounds.
Despite their best efforts, Elliot succumbed to his injuries at Strong Memorial Hospital.
