Sean Weaver Obituary – The deceased individual involved in the motorcycle accident in Menifee, where he crashed into a light pole, has been identified as a 28-year-old resident of the city named Sean Weaver.
The incident occurred at 9:13 p.m. on Saturday on Menifee Road, north of Bayport Lane.
Weaver lost control of his Harley Davidson after hitting a curb, leading to the fatal crash.
Emergency responders found him on the shoulder of the road. The Riverside County Fire Department reported that the motorcycle caught on fire, spreading to nearby vegetation before being contained at 9:24 p.m.
Authorities called Public Works personnel to evaluate the damage to the light pole.
The investigation into the cause of the collision and the motorcycle’s speed is ongoing.
