Zachary Brennecke Obituary – The Des Moines teenager who lost his life in a motorcycle accident over the weekend has been identified by the authorities.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office was notified of the crash near Northeast 118th Avenue, west of the South Skunk River, shortly before 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. According to officials, two underage individuals were operating off-road motorcycles when the incident occurred.

Upon arrival, emergency responders discovered a young male with severe injuries. Sadly, the victim, Zachary Brennecke, a 16-year-old resident of Des Moines, succumbed to his injuries at the location of the accident.
