The Rock County Medical Examiner’s Department released the identity of the fourth person who died after a three-vehicle collision in the Town of Lima earlier this month on Monday.
Patricia A. Seufzer, 59, of Whitewater, passed away as a result of injuries she suffered in the collision that happened on April 13 at the intersection of East County Line Road and U.S. Highway 12.
Jeffrey Turnipseed, 67; Jamie Ranguette, 39; and Ericka Berg, 38, all of Whitewater, perished at the scene of the collision.
The driver of an eastbound van struck a southbound SUV at the intersection after failing to stop at a stop sign, according to Rock County Sheriff’s Officials.
Then, the van was struck by a fifth-wheel trailer traveling northward that was transporting hay, which resulted in the unfortunate event that turned Turnipseed, Berg, and Ranguette out of the vehicle.
