Patricia A. Seufzer Obituary – The fourth individual who passed away following a three-vehicle collision in the Town of Lima earlier this month has been identified by the Rock County Medical Examiner’s Department on Monday.
Patricia A. Seufzer, aged 59 and from Whitewater, succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash that took place on April 13 at the junction of U.S. Highway 12 and East County Line Road.
At the scene of the accident, Jeffrey Turnipseed, 67; Ericka Berg, 38; and Jamie Ranguette, 39, all from Whitewater, lost their lives.
According to Rock County Sheriff’s Officials, the driver of an eastbound van failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection, resulting in a collision with a southbound SUV.
Subsequently, a northbound fifth-wheel trailer carrying hay collided with the front of the van, causing the tragic incident that led to the ejection of Turnipseed, Berg, and Ranguette from the van.
