A devastating car accident on U.S. Highway 377 in Krugerville, Texas, has resulted in the death of a young realtor from Aubrey, Texas, and left two others, including a child, hospitalized. The collision, which occurred around 5:56 pm on Monday, April 22, 2024, involved a 2017 Cadillac ATS and a 2005 Volvo SUV.
Taylor Bell, a 27-year-old realtor who worked with North Texas Group Post Oak Realty, was identified as the deceased. Bell, who was driving the Cadillac, was pronounced dead at Medical City – Denton following the accident. She was known for her dedication to her career and her role as a supportive wife to Trent Bell, a member of the Aubrey Fire Department.
The Volvo SUV, driven by a 29-year-old resident of Cross Roads, Texas, rolled over after the collision, resulting in the ejection of the driver. A child passenger, who was secured in a child safety seat, remained inside the vehicle. Both the driver and the child were transported to hospitals for treatment; the driver to Medical City – Denton and the child to Children’s Medical Center in Dallas.
The accident forced the closure of U.S. Highway 377 for several hours while emergency crews cleared the scene and conducted preliminary investigations. The highway was reopened at approximately 8:20 P.M.
