On Tuesday morning, the bodies of two persons were discovered inside a residence on Moreno Drive in Palm Harbor, Florida, in what seems to be a murder-suicide. After receiving a call from 911 stating that a man and a woman had been discovered shot, deputies were dispatched to 4192 Moreno Drive at approximately 8:30 in the morning, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.
What was Stacey McLean cause of death?
When the deputies came, they discovered the body of Stacey McLean, who was 52 years old, inside the house, in a bedroom. According to the investigators, Darryl Serraj, who was 26 years old, was discovered dead in a separate bedroom with a gunshot wound that he had self-inflicted. Serraj had been in a romantic relationship with McLean’s daughter for almost five years, according to the detectives, but the relationship had lately come to an end.
According to the deputies, Serraj broke into the house, murdered McLean, and then committed suicide after the murderous act. A statement from the authorities stated that the Medical Examiner’s Office will be the one to determine the official cause of death.
Wauchula woman charged with attempted first-degree murder
When an individual from Arcadia made the decision to meet a woman from Wauchula in person after the two of them had connected online, he most likely did not anticipate that he would be avoiding gunshots by the time their date was over.
The Hardee County Sheriff’s Office reports that the victim first encountered Crystal Skiba at her residence, and after being allowed inside, the situation escalated into an intense altercation.
The investigation has revealed that Skiba made an attempt to seduce the victim, after which he demanded money, pulled out a firearm, and attempted to prevent the victim from leaving. Investigations have revealed that Skiba fired multiple bullets at the victim’s vehicle while he was attempting to flee the scene. He was able to get away and then phone the Houston County Sheriff’s Office for assistance.
It has been reported by the detectives that they discovered illegal substances and the gun that was used in the event inside of Skiba’s residence. There were two children present at house at the time that the incident occurred, as stated by the HCSO.
A number of charges have been brought against Skiba, including attempted first-degree murder, shooting into an occupied vehicle, and possession of a prohibited narcotic on his person.
