Martinez was a dedicated husband, father, and community advocate who passed away on Monday, May 6, 2024, due to an apparent suicide by self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Martinez was a graduate of the University of Central Florida and Florida Coastal School of Law in Melbourne, Florida. He was a highly respected and motivated professional who cared deeply about his clients and the community. His law practice focused on various areas, including criminal law, personal injury, business law, family law, and more.
