Indianapolis Shooting: Addam Hart, 25, Fatally Shot on Far East Side; 16-Year-Old Savannah Allen Charged with Murder as Adult in Connection to Deadly Incident

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has announced that 16-year-old Savannah Allen has been charged as an adult with murder in connection to the fatal shooting.
On the night of March 28, officers responded to a call reporting a shooting on Gable Drive. Upon arrival, they found a man with gunshot wounds, who was rushed to Eskenazi Hospital in critical condition. Unfortunately, he later succumbed to his injuries. The Marion County Coroner’s Office conducted an autopsy and determined that the man’s death was a homicide.
As the investigation continued, homicide detectives identified Allen as the primary suspect. On May 2, the IMPD’s Violent Crimes Unit located Allen and took her into custody without any issues. She was then charged with murder on May 7 by the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office.
