Bobby Adams graduated from Sullivan South High School in 2009 and then attended Tennessee Technological University, where he graduated in 2025. He received his Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering in 2019 and his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Chemical Engineering in December 2023.
Bobby Adams worked as a Technical Engineer at Federal-Mogul from January 2011 to May 2012. He then worked as a Co-op Chemical Engineer at Eastman Chemical Company from May 2012 to September 2014. He also worked as a Marketing Director at Donnita Hill at EXIT Rocky Top Realty from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, he worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Express Employment Professionals from December 2015 to April 2019 and as a Website and Information Technology Coordinator at WCTE Upper Cumberland Public Broadcasting from February 2019 to July 2022. His last role was as a Faculty Lecturer in the Chemical Engineering department at Tennessee Tech University from May 2022 to January 2023.
