A devastating shooting incident at a house party in Massachusetts has claimed the life of a 16-year-old teenager, leaving the community in shock and grief. The victim, whose identity has not been released due to his family being out of the country, was from Bellingham and a student of Bellingham Public Schools.

Three individuals, Wallisom Texeira Da Silva, 20, of Hyde Park, Arnoldo Nogueira Filho, 19, of Northborough, and Pedro Desouza-Passos, 27, of Rockland, have been arrested and charged with weapons-related offenses in connection with the shooting. All three are being held without bail pending dangerousness hearings.

According to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph Early Jr., the shooting occurred at a large party at 333 Howard St. in Northborough, where approximately 300 people were present. Partygoers reported a weapons exhibition to police around 1 a.m. on Sunday, and upon arrival, officers heard multiple gunshots before entering the property.

The 16-year-old victim was treated by Northborough firefighters and later pronounced dead at UMass Memorial Medical Centre in Worcester. Another 17-year-old was shot in the buttocks and treated at Marlborough Hospital, while others were denied admission for non-life-threatening injuries.

The investigation led to the recovery of bullets, magazines, and a pistol, with all three defendants hiding behind a whiteboard in court to avoid cameras and the public. Wallisom and Arnoldo had ICE detainers, according to prosecutors.
