Kyle Dahl Obituary and Death: Tragic Accident Claims Life of Beloved Ettrick, WI Farmer and Devoted Family Man – Community Mourns the Sudden Loss of a Cherished Husband, Father, and Friend

Kyle Larry Dahl, a 36-year-old farmer and pillar of the Ettrick, Wisconsin community, tragically passed away on May 15, 2024, due to injuries sustained in a devastating accident. His sudden death has left an unfillable void in the lives of his loved ones and the community at large.

Born in La Crosse, WI, to Doris and Larry Dahl, Kyle was a proud son and father of two beautiful children, Bradley and Madison. He married his closest friend, Brittany Woestman, in 2016, and together they shared a love for farming, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Kyle’s passion for farming was evident in his tireless efforts to assist other local farmers and his dedication to his own land. He was a loyal and supportive member of the community, always willing to lend a helping hand. His infectious smile and natural ability to connect with others made him a beloved figure in the G-E-T area.

Aside from his love for the outdoors, Kyle was an avid fan of the Bucks and Brewers, and he enjoyed watching games with his friends and family. He was a devoted husband, father, and friend, always putting the needs of others before his own.

Kyle is survived by his wife, Brittany; children, Bradley and Madison; parents, Phyllis Dahl and Marie Wilber; sister, Cassie (Nat) Forster; niece, Morgan; nephew, Chase; mother and father-in-law, Jeanne and Doug Woestman; brother-in-law, Blake (Kayla) Woestman; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who cherished him.

A celebration of life and obituary will be held at the Ettrick Rod and Gun Club on Saturday, May 25, from 1 to 4 p.m., to honor Kyle’s memory and provide support to his loved ones during this difficult time.

Kyle’s absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him, but his legacy of love, kindness, and dedication to his community will live on through the countless lives he touched.

In the face of this unimaginable loss, the community comes together to mourn the passing of a beloved husband, father, and friend. We offer our deepest condolences to Kyle’s family and friends, and we pray that they find strength and comfort in the days ahead.

Kyle’s love for life, his infectious smile, and his unwavering support for those around him will never be forgotten. He may have left us too soon, but his memory will continue to inspire us to live with kindness, compassion, and a love for life that he so embodied.
