His career progression saw him become the Operations Manager at Transit Service Inc. in Youngstown, Ohio, from March 2013 to January 2015, followed by a stint as Fleet Services Supervisor at Columbus City Schools from February 2015 to June 2018.
In June 2018, Jeff was appointed Executive Director of Transportation and Fleet Services at Dayton Public Schools, a role he held until June 2019, showcasing his strategic leadership in transportation services and fleet management.
