Blake Hicks, a 27-year-old resident of Arab, Carolyn Thompson, a 75-year-old from Joppa, and Brandy Burden, a 51-year-old also from Joppa, lost their lives in a devastating collision between a motorcycle and a vehicle over the weekend.
