Stationed at Pease AFB with the Strategic Air Command, he served his country with honor, wearing his Air Force hats and American flag suspenders with pride throughout his life.

After his military service, Eddie embarked on a career in security at Merck Pharmaceuticals in Rahway, where he worked diligently for 23 years.
