According to the witness, “Okay, I’m up here at the Gulf high school parking lot for the police to be running in there with guns. We are unable to move, we are unable to go forward, we are unable to go out of school, kids are unable to come out, and we are unable to go in. They are thinking it was a bomb threat, but just to see all of these police officers running there with guns is terrifying. We are sitting in the roundabout because we are unable to move.”
