Pig Destroyer Obituary, Death – 1997 was the year that Pig Destroyer, a grindcore band hailing from the United States of America, first got their start. The city of Alexandria, Virginia, is where the band was initially established.

J.R. Hayes, who was the vocalist, collaborated with Scott Hull, who was the guitarist, and John Evans, who was the drummer, during the process of forming the band. John Evans was the drummer. The band had three members in its early years of existence before the addition of sampler Blake Harrison in 2006.

This was before the band’s first year of existence. 2006 was the year that saw the band grow to include three new members. It is important to take note of the fact that they did not have a bassist until John Jarvis joined the band in 2013. This is something that surely deserves attention.

The band had previously gone through two drummers prior to Adam Jarvis taking over the role that is currently being handled by Jarvis. Jarvis is currently the drummer for the band. Jarvis is currently using the drums as his instrument. poetic poems composed by Hayes, including:2

The ability of Hull to incorporate elements of thrash, punk, and doom into his songs is largely responsible for Pig Destroyer’s status as one of the most well-known grindcore bands in the genre.

Furthermore, the contributions of Hull’s technical drumming abilities have been important in the formation of this band. Everyone in the Nasum family has expressed their sorrow over the demise of Blake Harrison, who was a member of the band Pig Destroyer.

Every single member of the Nasum family has voiced their sorrow. As a matter of fact, this is some rather depressing information.

Please find below for your viewing pleasure a video of Pig Destroyer playing on our joint tour of Japan in the year 2012. During this performance, Jon and Janne, who is our tour manager, did a rendition of the song “Negative Approach.” They were backing up this performance. I pray that you find peace.
