Demise of Chantel Cline – Allegany County 911 Operator Sadly, Angelica, New York resident Chantel Cline has passed away. She passed away on March 9, 2024, a Saturday, at the age of 45.

A Facebook message expressing “Our sincere condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Chantel Cline” provided proof of her passing. A tragedy that affects every member of the Allegany County Emergency Services family very personally. As of the time of this report, Chantel Cline’s exact cause of death was unknown.

Chantel Cline Career and Education
On July 3, 1978, in Hornell, New York, she was welcomed into the world by her parents, Edward W. Gordon and Carolyn Reniff Gordon. She was their offspring. Chantel was one of the students in the last graduating class from Angelica Central School in 1996.

She eventually graduated from Corning Community College after pursuing her education there. Chantel served the citizens of Allegany County for a significant period of time as an exceptional 911 operator. She was in charge of one of the hardest and most thankless jobs a public servant can have.

Chantel Cline Individuality
She was her parents’ beloved daughter, and she brought joy and warmth into their lives with her infectious laugh and unwavering support. She showed her great love for her family by making time for them despite the demanding demands of life. Their partnership is a testament to the strength that can be attained through love and dedication, and it was built on the unwavering support and understanding that Chantel gave.

Chantel was her sister’s unwavering source of love and support throughout her life. She always had a listening ear and a kind hug ready to comfort her siblings, who held great significance in her life.

Together with her roles as a daughter, mother, wife, and sister, Chantel touched the lives of countless others with her compassionate and caring attitude. She never hesitated to go above and above to help those in need, demonstrating her boundless compassion.

Chantel Cline Tributary
In April of 2004, her father passed away. Carolyn Reniff Gordon, her mother, her husband Eric Cline, her son Jakobe Gordon, her sister Cheylyn (Raymond) Adams, their children Davia, Jase, Abriauna, and Callan, and special children Addie and Gus, all survive Chantel.

On Thursday, March 14, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the family will be present to receive friends at the Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 101 West Avenue, in Angelica. There will be a graveside service and a private funeral for the family. Contributions are accepted for the Allegany County Saddle Dusters and S.T.A.R. Rescue.
