Dr. Fiona Ray’s Death and Obituary Dr. Fiona Amanda Ray, LMFT, PsyD, who was now living in Los Angeles, California, but had previously lived in Woodland Hills, California, passed away. She was a resident of Pacific Palisades, California, and the co-founder of Casa Bella Recovery Services. She also served as the CEO of Visions Adolescent Treatment Centre in Malibu, California.

One facility she assisted in founding in 2007 was Casa Bella Recovery Services, a multi-level, dual-diagnosis women’s program in Los Angeles.
