Ryan Oliver Dunn was our dearly loved son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. We are devastated to inform his unexpected passing at the age of 28 on March 8, 2024.
Ryan is deeply missed by his many relatives and friends. He was born to Christine and Dana, and he is survived by his sister Samantha, nephew Owen, brother-in-law Dylan, grandparents Shirley and Violet, grandfather Nick and
Anna, Joey and Sarah, Bryce and Ainsley, Josh and Sloan, Jennifer and Christopher, uncles Yogi and Ken, best friends Brenden and Johnny and Kyle, girlfriend Abby and her children Milo and Emma, and countless more. Ryan has never held anything back since his birth on March 27, 1995, in Winnipeg.
When he was younger, he loved nothing more than spending the weekends with his relatives and doing sports, which he excelled at.
He worked long hours at several jobs in his later years to save up for his future, and when he wasn’t working, he enjoyed spending what little free time he had with his friends and playing with the youngest members of our family. His smile never faded, and he was never idle. Ryan enjoyed bringing joy to others and was known for his kindness, compassion, and care.
He had a unique talent for making people laugh and smile, and he made friends for life no matter where he went. We take comfort in the knowledge that Ryan loved his loved ones deeply; he expressed this sentiment frequently, and it was reciprocated by everyone.
However, the emptiness he has left behind is indescribable. His grandparents Harold and Heather, as well as his uncle Dave, are waiting to greet him when he returns home.
