Mark Pires Obituary, Death, Reflecting On The Life And Legacy Of Mark Pires
Mark Pires Obituary, Death – We are saddened to inform you of the passing of Mark R. Pires, who resided in North Hampton, New Hampshire. He died away on October 27, 2021, at the age of 48, leaving behind family and friends who will miss him deeply. As a final gesture of respect to the family, please share your condolences with them on the memorial page that has been created for Mark R. Pires. The person who passed away before him was his mother, Linda Pires.
It is his significant other, Beth Frongillo, as well as his brothers, Adam Pires of Malden, Massachusetts, and Louis Pires of Everett, Massachusetts, who are among those who survive him. She was the youngest of four siblings, Mary Anne Boldeia, Johnny Flemings, and Lenny Flemings, and she was born on November 20, 1955. Her parents, John and Anastasia (Kyriazos), both passed away long before she was born. She attended the Lowell Public Schools, where she was exposed in the Portuguese and Greek cultures and was surrounded by a varied community.
She was born and reared in the Back-Central Street district of Lowell, which is located on Mill Street. She received her diploma from Lowell High School in 1973, and it was during her time there that she acquired a strong interest in community service and assisting others. Because she had such a great need to connect with other people, she decided to learn Portuguese, Greek, and Spanish so that she could speak them fluently. In 1977, she received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where she had attended after graduating from high school.
At the Portuguese Feast of the Holy Ghost, which took place in Lowell during the summer of 1972, she was introduced to her future husband, Alberto, and the two of them fell in love almost immediately. It was on October 30th, 1977 that they tied the knot. Over the course of her life, Charlene devoted countless hours to a wide variety of organizations and individuals in the Greater Lowell community and beyond, leaving an everlasting impression on the world. Out of all the great things she had accomplished, she valued her family more than anything else in the world.
At the Blake Chelmsford Funeral Home, which is located at 24 Worthen Street in Chelmsford, there will be a visitation on Friday, October 27, 2023, from four o’clock to eight o’clock. At eleven o’clock in the morning on Saturday, October 28, 2023, her Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary Parish, which is located at 25 North Road in Chelmsford Township. CONSIDER GETTING TOGETHER AT THE CHURCH. There will be a private interment conducted.
The family is grateful for the love and support that has been extended to them during this challenging time. Instead of sending flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Charlene Pires Memorial Scholarship Fund. This funding will ensure that her legacy of encouraging students to pursue higher education is carried on.
