Daxton Thomas Obituary, Death – A life celebrated and a legacy remembered: the obituary for Daxton Thomas, who passed away. As we walk through the most painful experience in our lives, the parents and family of Daxton come together today with heavy hearts and a profound need for support. On March 13, 2024, our oldest son, Daxton Lee Thomas, fell away in a horrible accident, leaving us with an incalculable amount of sadness. Not only was Daxton, who was twenty-three years old, our son, but he was also a brother, grandchild, and friend to a great number of others in addition to being our son.
In the midst of this difficult period, we respectfully call out to you in the hope of receiving your goodwill. Our firstborn child was a son named Daxton. He radiated life and had a genuine sympathy for other people, and he was a bright example of an individual. The steadfast faith that Daxton had in our Lord brought him an enormous amount of joy, which he shared with other people, including our family and everyone else he came in contact with. His passions included the Chicago Cubs, music, art, and each and every one of us. His family was the focus of his entire life.
At the age of fifteen, Daxton suffered a head injury that was extremely serious and complicated, causing harm to a variety of aspects of his life. This resulted in him having a number of difficulties with his mental health, which finally led to his passing away far too soon. His passing has left a tremendous vacuum in our hearts, and the agony of his absence has caused us much anguish. While we are in a state of mourning over the loss of our much loved Daxton, we are also faced with the enormous responsibility of attending to the arrangements for his funeral and burial.
I am sorry to say that Daxton did not possess any form of life insurance. Eighteen thousand dollars is the total amount that will be spent on the funeral, the cemetery, and other costs. A sum that is significantly higher than our current amount of financial capability. In addition to this substantial sum, we have also incurred a great number of additional costs associated with Daxtons and the aftermath of his demise. These costs include legal bills, the cost of healthcare, unpaid time off, and other services.
Compassion and aid are what we are looking for, and we are turning to you, our extended family, friends, and community. Through the wonderful contributions that you have made, we will be able to provide Daxton with the means to give him the respectful farewell that he deserves but did not receive while he was still alive. The impact that each and every contribution, whatever of its magnitude, will have on our lives will be substantial.
