Santucci’s professional path began at Gracepoint, where he served as a Nursing Coordinator specializing in Behavioral Health for over a decade. In October 2011, Santucci took a significant step forward by joining Baycare Health System as a Nurse Manager, where he led a team in a sixty-bed acute care setting, showcasing his leadership skills and patient-centric approach.
