Her last known whereabouts was in Blythe, California, at the time of her family’s February 28th notification of her missing. Blythe is located about 56 miles from La Paz County in southern California, close to the border with Arizona.

Nenigar’s car was found on March 12 in a remote area of La Paz County, south of Cibola, according to the sheriff’s office. Nenigar’s family sent a message on her Facebook missing person page early on a Saturday morning. “The family expresses immense gratitude for individuals like yourselves who have volunteered and committed their time and resources to locate her,” the post said. Unfortunately, we have to notify you that she was found dead yesterday night, Friday, March 29, 2024. Her status as a missing person is thus no longer relevant.

According to the article, there are still a lot of unanswered questions about how Nenigar died, and a comprehensive investigation is being conducted, which will likely include an autopsy. The statement expressed how broken our hearts are and how much we shall miss her. The family has been alerted and has asked privacy, according to a social media message from the La Paz County Sheriff’s Office.

Through a social media post, the sheriff’s office asked people to respect the family at this time and to avoid spreading rumors and assumptions. The sheriff’s office asked people not to call emergency services in order to get information on Nenigar in a different post. The investigation is still underway, and the cause of her death is still unknown awaiting the autopsy’s findings.
