Initial investigations indicate that the tragedy unfolded when a car traveling southbound on U.S. 377 ran a red light at Westport Parkway, striking another vehicle. The impact was severe, causing significant damage to both cars involved.

Caleb, a beloved member of the Keller community, was discovered unconscious by emergency personnel who arrived at the scene. Despite immediate and vigorous life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead, leaving family, friends, and the community in profound grief. The passengers of the second vehicle involved in the crash suffered minor injuries but were treated at the scene and released.
