James Dailey Death Cause – James Robert “J.R.” Dailey died on April 1, 2024, at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Cynthiana. He lived in Paris and was 87 years old. He had been alive for 78 years when he died. He was already a widower because his wife Charlotte Burke Dailey had died. While living in Bourbon County, J.R. was born for the first time on July 25, 1936. When he was born, his parents, James Vernon Dailey and Della Keller Bringman, were already dead.
They had both already died by the time he was born. The man and woman had a son. J.R. had worked as a farmer for a long time, graduated from Bourbon County High School in 1955, and retired from IBM after twenty-four years of service. Additionally, he worked for Bourbon County Schools for seventeen years as a bus driver, which made things even worse.
The Rotary Club, the Scottish Rite, the Paris Lodge #2 F&AM, and the Trinity First Church of God were all groups that he was a part of at some point. The old Farmall tractors he owned were another thing that made him very happy. His daughter Donna Lynn Dailey and his brother John “Tommy” Dailey had both died before he did. He was the only one left in his family because no one else had lived.
A lot of people had died before he did, like his parents and wife. After he died, he left behind his daughter Tracy Dailey Burchell, who is married to Keith, his sister-in-law Helen Dailey, his brother-in-law Gary Burke, Carlotta (Calvin) Isaacs, who cared for him and was a close friend, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. The wedding of his daughter to Keith takes place.
The reception for James Robert “J.R.” Dailey will be held at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home on April 6, 2024, at 11 a.m. We still need to decide on the date and time of the reception. Right after the funeral service, which starts at noon, there will be Masonic Rites. The service for the dead will start first.
The prayer service will be led by both the Reverend Vernon Adams and the Reverend William E. Singleton, and the burial will take place in the Winchester graveyard. Both of these clergy people will be at the event. The Brothers of Paris Lodge #2 F&AM will carry the body, which is an honorable duty. These duties will be taken care of by the Brothers.
