Kenneth Shea allegedly made an attempt to break into the residence by shoving the air conditioning unit inside, as stated in the testimony of the investigators.
He is accused of stabbing his wife multiple times, according to the information provided by the police. The police have stated that while he was inside, he removed four hard drives from the digital recording systems in the house and then disposed of them in the bathroom sink and toilet. After being picked up by an Uber for the second time at 3:37 in the morning, he arrived back at the hotel at 3:58 in the morning.

On Wednesday morning, at approximately 7:30 a.m., the police found a body belonging to Elizabeth Shea inside the master bedroom. The body was found inside the bedroom. Kenneth was brought to Room 314 of the Comfort Inn by the Bensalem Special Weapons and Tactics police station after they were successful in locating him. They proceeded to place him under arrest just as he was leaving the room.
