Theodore John Block Obituary – One individual passed away following a shooting incident in Whitewater Township on Tuesday evening.
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office received a report of shots fired and a person being shot at around 6 p.m.
Deputies arrived at the 5000 block of Kilby Road where they found one victim who unfortunately did not survive.
The victim was identified as Theodore John Block, aged 40, by Hamilton County detectives on Wednesday morning.
In connection to the incident, Cole Anthony Hornsby, aged 24, was apprehended by Hamilton County deputies and is set to face a murder charge.
